CPC Care Teams Interest Form

"For as in one body we have many members, and the members do not all have the same function, so we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another."
Romans 12:4-5

As a part of the wider mercy ministries at CPC, Care Teams have been created to serve as church-wide care for anyone in our congregation with a need. You can sign up for a team that matches your serving-ability or skill set, so that people at CPC are aware of the resources and gifts we have within our family, and thus can lean upon one another.

Upon filling out the form, our mercy coordinator, Layne Boles, will place you in the corresponding CCB group/team. When a request comes in that exceeds what a Life Group or friends can handle, we will share the need with the appropriate Care Team, who can then mobilize toward a solution.

With freedom to say no to any request, we ask that you sign up with the expectation that you can give time to 2-3 projects/needs a year. Please sign up for one or multiple teams by selecting from the list below.
